We start with fresh milk, cream and pure cane sugar–absolutely never high-fructose corn syrup—to make our coconut gelato base. We then add pure coconut sourced from the Philippines and slow cook the gelato to bring out the intensity of the flavor for a one-of-a-kind tasting experience. We finish it off with tender coconut shreds, and you’ll be amazed by the perfect texture and light sweetness. And because we don’t add extra air into the product, you’ll enjoy a richer flavor with a denser consistency like true Italian gelato.
