Product Information

  • Stags' Leap Napa Valley Petite Sirah Red Wine is a varietal red wine that is enhanced by the deliberate diversity of our vineyard sites. Grapes from the vineyards located on our estate's deep, rocky soils make up the backbone of this Napa Valley Petite Sirah. Carefully selected fruit from both northern vineyards in Calistoga and St. Helena and southern vineyards in Oakville, Oak Knoll, and Coombsville are added to intensify and broaden the wine's profile to include floral, spice, and fruit characteristics. This wine is intense and robust with velvety tannins and a lengthy finish, encouraging you to enjoy it now, but has the depth and complexity to age for many years to come. Established in 1893, Stags’ Leap Winery is one of the oldest California wine estates within the acclaimed Stags’ Leap District. A unique terroir and ideal microclimate support a classical standard of viticulture, land use, and winemaking that is as relevant today as it was over a century ago.

    • Intense and robust Petite Sirah crafted with fruit from northern vineyards in Calistoga and St. Helena and southern vineyards in Oakville, Oak Knoll, and Coombsville
    • Dark fruit flavors layered with black licorice and pepper for a saturating mouthfeel and long spicy finish that persists
