This blend of oils has polyunsaturates and monounsaturates to help offset the saturates you eat everyday. This oil is perfect for salad dressings, cooking, sauteing, marinades, and more. To help enhance the cholesterol ratio, use with our Food Plan to contribute at least two-thirds of fat intake. Limit total fat to 30% of calories (65g/day) and saturated fat to under 10% of calories (20g/day). Limit dietary cholesterol to 300mg/day and avoid trans fat. Exercise is essential.
