Product Information
Ruffino Prosecco DOC Italian White Sparkling Wine is crisp, clean, and delicate with fine bubbles on the palate. This light-bodied Italian sparkling wine opens with delicate aromas of wild strawberries, blackcurrants, and a hint of caramel. Vibrant and refreshing fruit flavors lead to a juicy and upbeat finish. The grapes for this Italian wine come from the Prosecco region in the northeast of Italy, which is famous for producing sparkling wines. The wine was then blended and refermented in pressurized tanks according to the Charmat method. This process leads to a refined perlage while helping preserve the wine’s fruity aromas. Enjoy Ruffino Prosecco wine as an apéritif or paired with cold dishes, fried food, risottos, or lightly spicy dishes. For optimal taste, refrigerate this bottle for three to three and half hours before serving.
