The Revlon ColorStay Overtime Lip color coats your lips with full coverage color and shine for up to 16 hours with no touch-ups needed! This semi-permanent lip color with color-lock technology won't kiss off, feather or bleed. The glossy topcoat is enriched with chamomile and soy extract for moisture-rich, shiny, soft lips. Instructions: Apply lipcolor evenly to clean, bare lips and wait until dry. Brush on moisturizing topcoat. Reapply as desired. To remove: use any oil or cream based makeup remover or cleanser.
