Redwood Empire Pipe Dream California Bourbon Whiskey

Named for the 14th tallest tree on the planet, Pipe Dream is our first Bourbon whiskey. Pipe Dream Bourbon is made from barrels aged between four and twelve years with a high corn mash bill. Smooth and complex, it is a true sipping whiskey. This bourbon is a deep golden hue in color. It has a powerful nose with sweet maple, vanilla and a hint of honey. It is rich, deep and complex with roasted pecan, vanilla and lingering char and woody notes on the palate.
