  • 60% Chardonnay and 40% Sauvignon Blanc from the Lower Galilee region, produced in a young style
  • Light and refreshing with aromas of dried fruit and herbs, and flavors of tropical fruits and ripe pears
  • Flash-pasteurized using an in-line procedure, which heats the juice for a few seconds prior to fermentation, where it then proceeds very slowly over one month at cool temperatures
