Nestlé Carnation Evaporated Milk is made by removing half the water from milk, resulting in a concentrated texture suitable for both sweet and savory recipes. It can be used in dishes such as mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, flan, tres leches, pies, and fudge. Packaged in a recyclable metal can. Shake well before use, refrigerate after opening, and consume within a few days. Store in a cool, dry place.
