  Mirabelle Brut Rose is Schramsberg's multi-vintage brut sparkling rose wine, a style the winery initiated in the 1990's. Mirabelle Brut Rose is a young, bright bubbly which features crisp acidity and aromas of raspberry, apricot and pink lemonade. The palate is lively with a juicy center with flavors of crisp apple and strawberry. Mirabelle Brut Rose gets its flavor from cool-climate Chardonnay, as well as body, mid-palate and richness of fruit flavor from Pinot Noir. This wine comes from four North Coast appellations – Napa, Sonoma, Mendocino and Marin – some of the coolest sites in the region, which deliver refreshing acidity. Enjoy this wine with sushi, grilled shrimp, Brie or even spicy BBQ. The wine bottle is 750ml and has 12.6% ABV.
