Freshness, elegance and complexity. Langlois Cremant Brut Réserve owes its distinctive character to the Chenin Blanc grape, which comprises over 50% of the blend. Chardonnay and Cabernet Franc underscore the wine’s noble structure, balanced by subtle complexities.After meticulous parcel vinification, the four Langlois terroirs are combined in a balanced blend of aromas, reflecting the vineyard’s harmoniously diverse character. A moderate dosage of between 8 and 10 g/l completes the cuvée after aging on its lees for a minimum of 24 months cellars (twice more than required by the appellation). It includes 10% reserve wines.
Tasting notes: A light golden color with fine, elegant bubbles. Pleasant aromas of white flowers. Delicate mouthfeel with an intense freshness.
