The salt is removed after the fermentation process to retain the naturally rich flavor, aroma and color of Kikkoman® Traditionally Brewed Soy Sauce. Kikkoman® Less Sodium Soy Sauce is certified Kosher. Brewed in the USA, Kikkoman® Less Sodium Soy Sauce is made to the highest standards of quality that consumers have come to expect from Kikkoman.
