  • Reminiscent to a very sweet cantaloupe, with more flavor and firmer crunchy texture

  • Pairs well with curry, cucumber, citrus juice, mint, basil, chilies, red onion, tamarind & honey

  • To find a ripe Hami melon look for a dark gold color around the fruit
