Three grams of soluble fiber daily from whole grain oat foods, like Apple Cinnamon Cheerios™ cereal, in a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol, may reduce the risk of heart disease. Apple Cinnamon Cheerios™ cereal provides .75 grams per serving. A serving of this gluten free cereal has 21g of whole grain (at least 48g recommended daily), a good source of calcium and fiber, and 12 vitamins and minerals, without artificial flavors or colors.
