  • Queso Panela also know as queso de canasta, "basket cheese," is a slightly salted curd-style soft fresh cheese made in the traditional way of molding in a basket with fresh and natural ingredients, Grade A milk and sea salt. Can be cubed, crumbled and sliced. Great for pan frying or grilling. A healthy complement for salads, sandwiches, soups, wraps and any authentic recipes. Our most versatile cheese can be pan-seared or fried to perfection to add extra flavor and texture to your recipes. Delicious as a snack when paired with fresh fruit or quince paste.
