  Crushed chili peppers by El Guapo® is a piquant condiment made to be sprinkled over pizzas, pozole and Menudo! They are a savory and zesty combination of various dried peppers such as ancho, cayenne, bell, and other dried red peppers. Their name comes from being sun dried and then pulverized to make very small flakes. Just like salt and pepper, crushed red pepper shakers are a must on Italian Style Restaurant tables and pizza parlors all over the United States.

  But Mexico couldn’t stay behind, crushed peppers are also used to boost the flavor and add a touch of heat to the famous Pozole and Menudo.
