Domaine Roy Willamette Valley Pinot Noir is the signature bottling from this acclaimed estate founded in 2012 in the Willamette Valley by Marc-Andre Roy and Jared Etzel and today owned and operated by the Frescobaldi family. Sourced from two organically farmed estate vineyards in Dundee Hills and Yamhill-Carlton this Pinot Noir undergoes 15 days of maceration followed by 10 to 11 months of lees aging in a small percentage of new French oak. The wine expresses the winery's elegant house style with floral aromatics bright red fruit and refined structure that has earned consistent critical praise. Core aromas of Bing cherry, red raspberry, and floral hibiscus notes. Medium-bodied with silky tannins and refined finish. Pairs beautifully with salmon, duck, roasted pork, and earthy mushroom dishes.
