De Cecco Extra Virgin Olive Oil is obtained from carefully selected Mediterranean olives pressed by mechanical means only. Its well balanced flavor brings out the taste of every dish. It is suitable for dressing, marinating, and cooking. Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a cholesterol free product. Cold Extraction refers to Extra Virgin Olive Oils obtained at a temperature below 27°C(80°F). This gentle process preserves the characteristics of the Extra Virgin Olive Oils such as volatile aromas, polyphenols, antioxidants and vitamins naturally contained therein.
