Celebration Herbals Organic Tea Ashwagandha Root
Product Information
About Ashwagandha...
Also known as "Indian Ginseng" and "Winter Cherry," Ashwagandha is used extensively in Ayurvedic medicine. This powerful plant has been used since ancient times for a wide variety of conditions, but is most well known as a "vitalizer" for its restorative benefits.
It grows wild along edges of rice patties and roadsides in many areas of India and is now cultivated in some parts of the United States. Medicinally, its effects are comparable to only a handful of the most potent herbs, but it''s gentle enough that even children can use it.
