Activate Your Account - New Account Process

Step 1

Browse to Sign In/Register Page

From within Ralphs.com, please select the Sign In/Register link appearing in the upper right of the page.

- You will be directed to the Sign In page.

Step 2

For new customers

click the Sign up today! link in the bottom right of the page.

Step 3

Set a Preferred Store

a. Enter your zip code and select the Find button.

b. Locate your preferred store and click the Select link on the left.

- You will be directed to the Sign Up for a Ralphs Account page.

Step 4

Enter Account Information

a. Enter your  Email Address.

b. Create a Password. (Must be 6-12 characters long and include at least one letter and one number. Passwords are case sensitive.)

c. Confirm Password.

- On the current page, scroll down to the Email Subscriptions section.

Step 5

Edit Email Subscriptions

From within the Email Subscriptions section, please select the email communications you’d like to receive. When finished, please select the Confirm button.

- You will be directed to the Confirm Account Info page.

Step 6

Verify Account Details

If your information is correct, please check the terms and conditions box and click the confirm button.

- You will be directed to the One Last Step to Activate Your Account page.

Step 7

Confirm Account Activation

a. Browse to your email address inbox designated in your account information.

b. Click on the confirmation link in your email. You will be redirected back to the Ralphs.com account confirmation page.

c. Click on the log into your account link.

- You will be directed to the Enter Your Login Information page.

Step 8

Enter Your Login Information

a. Enter the Email Address and Password associated with your account, and then select the Sign In button.

b. You will be logged in if you provided the correct email address and password.

- You will be directed to the Account Details page.

Step 9

Account Details

You can now view your weekly ad for your preferred store, edit your preferred store, account details, Ralphs rewards Card account and your profile information. You can also change your password and email address.
